Adam Ekler, chief CAD designer and fabricator at Ekler Design, has worked in multiple areas within the pharmaceutical industry prior to opening the doors of the Ekler Design job shop in Essex, Ontario.
The Ekler Design family-run company has more than 15 years experience designing and fabricating stainless steel parts, primarily for the pharmaceutical industry. With this experience comes the understanding of the regulatory rules that are needed to follow to safely manufacture products for pharmaceutical companies.
As an example, in the manufacture of “product contact” equipment like tumbler baskets, for which Ekler Design specializes in, material certificates and a letter describing the stainless passivation process are provided.
