Static Mixers
Helical Static Mixers
Our helical mixers are ideal for mixing high viscosity or slow moving products which exhibit laminar flow characteristics. The counter rotating helical mixing elements maximize mixing while minimizing pressure drop across the mixer. They are good for combining products into fluids such as yogurt and fruit.
Blade Static Mixers
Our blade mixer designs are best suited for low viscosity fluids which exhibit turbulent flow characteristics. The faster the fluid moves the faster and more thorough the mixing. These mixers are great for mixing products into water or other low viscosity fluids.
Augers
We can produce Stainless Steel augers with flight diameters up to 40mm. All of our augers are produced in 304 or 316 stainless steel. Application examples include: coffee packing machines, pharmaceutical machines or flour measuring machines.
Augers with various diameters and pitches can be fabricated, but please note that we can only make them to order. We are able to produce new augers from a sample, if you send us an old auger, or from your drawings.
Wedge Cleaning Manifolds
A wedge is a component found on soft gel capsule machines. During the production of soft gel capsules the wedge delivers accurate dosage of liquid fill material into the capsule. The wedge contains many small diameter orifices that are difficult to clean. Our cleaning manifold effectively purges fill material from the wedges interior surfaces.
