- Epoxy used to secure basket cage in nylon grooves

Custom Fabrication
Although a dryer basket can last as many as 5 years or more, it does depend a lot on the quality of the original product, as well as how careful the operators are.
If it’s damaged to a point where:
- capsules escape or
- it can’t be cleaned sufficiently or
- the v-belt won’t stay in place
… and it cannot be repaired, it’s more than likely time for a replacement.

We fabricate high quality tumbler baskets to your exact specifications. With proper use, our baskets last the test of time. Less than 5% of our basket repairs are for baskets that we have fabricated. Our baskets simply last longer than most others. We go to great lengths to make sure the mesh/epoxy bond is extremely strong.
We also keep track of all the material certificates for each basket so that we can provide them for GMP compliance. We include a Certification of Material and Passivation outlining the GMP compliance of the parts we fabricate. The provided material certificates are for the stainless mesh, nylon side walls, aluminum spacer posts, epoxy, and hard coat anodizing.
We strive for delivery two weeks from P.O. date for standard baskets.
